Waitor Support
Contact and troubleshooting guidance for Waitor.
For help with Waitor, email support@waitorapp.com. We can assist with account access, restaurant information, menu processing, ordering, translation, and data requests.
Information That Helps
- Waitor version and build number.
- iPhone model, iOS version, and app language.
- The approximate date, time, and time zone when the issue occurred.
- The screen or ordering step where the issue occurred.
- A redacted screenshot when it helps explain the problem.
Protect Your Information
Do not email passwords, Apple authorization codes, API keys, payment credentials, complete purchase payloads, or unredacted photos containing personal information. Waitor support will not ask for these items.
Account and Data Requests
You can delete your account from the Profile tab in Waitor. If you cannot access the app or want to request deletion of specific data, follow the account and data deletion instructions.
