Terms of Service

Last updated: June 8, 2026

These terms govern your use of Waitor. By using Waitor, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

What Waitor Does

Waitor helps travelers understand restaurant and menu context, express food preferences, and prepare a practical order plan. Recommendations may use menu inputs, restaurant information, reviews, location, user preferences, and AI-assisted processing.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account access secure. You must provide accurate information and use Waitor only for lawful purposes.

Food, Allergy, and Safety Notice

Waitor is an ordering aid, not a food safety, medical, allergy, or nutrition authority. Menus, ingredients, translations, reviews, prices, availability, and staff responses can be incomplete or wrong. Always confirm critical dietary restrictions, allergies, prices, and ingredients directly with the restaurant.

User Content

You may provide menu photos, links, notes, location inputs, dietary details, and other information. You confirm that you have the right to provide that content and grant Waitor permission to process it to operate and improve the service.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not use Waitor to violate law, harm others, or interfere with the service.
  • Do not upload content you do not have permission to use.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or bypass security controls.
  • Do not use Waitor outputs as a substitute for restaurant confirmation when safety or allergies matter.

Third-Party Services

Waitor may rely on third-party services for sign-in, maps, search, hosting, payment, OCR, and AI-assisted processing. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Availability

Waitor may change, pause, or discontinue features. We try to keep the service reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free recommendations.

Disclaimers

Waitor is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Waitor will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Changes

We may update these terms. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date above. Continued use of Waitor after changes means you accept the updated terms.
