You may use the same contact link to request deletion of specific data, such as order history, saved food preferences, location-related inputs, restaurant links, menu photos, or support messages, without deleting your account.

• The email address used for your Waitor account.
• Whether you want to delete your account or only specific data.
• For partial deletion, the data you want deleted.

Processing

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless we need to keep limited information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or service-integrity reasons.
