You can request deletion of your Waitor account and associated data. You can also request deletion of specific Waitor data without deleting your account.
Request Account Deletion
To delete your account and associated data, email us from the email address linked to your Waitor account or include that account email in your message.
Request Data Deletion Without Deleting Your Account
You may use the same contact link to request deletion of specific data, such as order history, saved food preferences, location-related inputs, restaurant links, menu photos, or support messages, without deleting your account.
What To Include
- The email address used for your Waitor account.
- Whether you want to delete your account or only specific data.
- For partial deletion, the data you want deleted.
Processing
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless we need to keep limited information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or service-integrity reasons.
